We try to the best of our abilities to accommodate your order
preferences, whether it is that you want a NEW or USED book. Based
on the availability at the time we pulled the order, we do reserve
the right to substitute a book (New or Used) for your order, if your
book preference is not available. If you
prefer to have no substitutions, please input "NO SUBSTITUTIONS" in
the special shipping instructions box when ordering and any
unavailable item(s) will be deleted from your order. We are
sorry for inconveniences that this may cause.
If there is a choice of how a particular textbook is sold
(i.e. text w/cd, text and study guide package, or text only), we
will only pull one of the choices, unless otherwise
specified, based on the preference indicated on your order.
Please note that your credit card will not be charged until
we physically pull the books for your order.
The total at the end of transaction posted online may not
necessarily be the total charged to your credit card because
of the following reasons:

publisher price changes
-
book(s) is unavailable
Please also note that same Textbook Refund Policy for
in-store purchases is also applicable to online orders and an
original receipt is required for all refund transactions.
PLEASE DO NOT
ASSUME your online order is automatically ready for you to
pick up as soon as you submit the order. Wait for us to contact you
either via phone or email to confirm that your order is ready to
be picked up. This is why it is vital for you to provide up-to-date
and correct account information. We cannot contact you if we do not
have the right information. A confirmation number will also be sent
to you via email. However, a confirmation number does not mean
that order is ready to be picked up, but rather it is a tracking and
reference number for your order. Advance orders placed one week
minimum prior to the start of the semester should be ready to be
