Return Policy

The following conditions apply to All Returns: ALL TEXTBOOK & PACKET RETURNS WILL REQUIRE PROOF OF DROP, NON-ENROLLMENT, or COURSE CANCELLATION in order to receive a FULL REFUND (provide a copy of your class schedule/printout). If no proof is provided during the return, then a 10% RESTOCK FEE will be applied to the refund amount.
A. Items not in their complete and original shrinkwrap or packaging may be considered nonrefundable; $3.00 fee will be charged to replace shrinkwrap. B. New books & merchandise must be unmarked and in resellable, new condition (with no writing/highlighting, dirt, creases, bent or worn corners, stains, soiled or water-damaged pages). Books in less than new condition may be offered a refund at the used book price at the discretion of the Bookstore. C. Supplies that have been opened or used are non-refundable. D. Any items marked Non-Returnable are considered non-refundable, including the following items: school catalogs, class schedules, bus passes, headphones, goggles/masks, flash drives, CD-R/CD-RW's, calculators, computer software, opened textbook software, special sale items, special orders, and all food items.
- Cash / Debit Card / Check purchases will be refunded in CASH.
- Credit card purchases
will only be refunded back to the original credit card account

Financial Aid, VA, & other account charges will be refunded back to the
original account - Bookstore Gift Card purchases will be refunded back on to a Gift Card.
Defective
merchandise may need to be replaced by the manufacturer or publisher.
Please return the defective product with the receipt to the Bookstore
for further information. |
