Step 1:Click on the "Buy Textbook"
icon on the home page.
Step 2:You must first read and agree to the terms of the Textbook
Agreement Page before proceeding to the next page.
Step 3:Select your campus and term for which you are ordering
your textbooks for and click "Go".
Step 4:To search by course, select the corresponding
department, course number, and section number for the class which you are
enrolled in. If available, the textbook options for that section will
automatically appear on the bottom of your webpage. You can then select and
add the desired merchandise to your shopping cart.
Step 5:For each title listed, you MUST choose the quantity and
book preference type desired. For titles that you do not wish to add to your
cart, simply enter "0" in that title's corresponding box. Click on "add
selected books to cart" button at the bottom of the page to add the titles
to your shopping cart.
Step 6:You may continue shopping for your other classes by
repeating steps 4 and 5. When you are done shopping, click the "your cart"
link at the top right of the page or the "continue to checkout" button.
Step 7:Verify the items in your shopping cart. Note the
quantity, price, and subtotal. Enter the coupon code if applicable and
remove any items you do not wish to buy. To check out, click the "checkout"
button at the bottom of the purchase subtotal.
Step 8:Sign into your account. If you do not have an account,
click on the "Create an account" link, and fill out the required information
needed to process your order.
Step 9:Verify the contents of your shopping cart and read the
Substitution Textbook Options. By checking the boxes next to each title, we
will substitute accordingly. Once you have made your decision, click the
"continue to shipping info" button to proceed.
Step 10:Verify your saved
Shipping Information. Even though you can pick up your order at the bookstore, please fill this part out with your
home address and the name of the person who will be picking up the order. In the Shipping Method section toward the bottom of the page,
select PICKUP (at the store) or SHIP UPS. Please select any special shipping
promotional code where applicable. Also, please indicate any special
instructions in the field provided. (i.e. Indicate color for merchandise, NO
SUBSTITUTIONS, etc.) Click
"continue to payment info" to proceed.
Step 11:Please note the Summary of Charges.
This summary of charges may differ and may not be the final amount charged
due to price changes, substitutions and/or item cancellations.Next, enter your credit card and expiration date
information exactly as it appears on the credit card. Click "review your
order" on the bottom of the page to continue.
Step 12:Review your order! Verify shipping and billing
information as well as the items in your cart. Please note the total shown
may not be the total charged to your credit card due to price changes,
substitutions, and cancellations. Click
"place my order" once everything has been verified.
Step 13:Print out the receipt and note the five digit Order
Confirmation Number. Please WAIT until you have been notified that your order is
ready for pick up before coming into the store. Orders that have been
shipped or are ready for pick
up will be notified by phone or via email. Please bring
the Order Confirmation Number (or Receipt) with a government issued identification such
as a College ID, Driver's License, or California ID to pick up your order at
the bookstore.
